This time can be extended via upgrading of the tire grip, and the B.R.A.I.N. Also, the speed at which the tires flip, or "rotate" can be enhanced by upgrading the B.R.A.I.N. At level 1, the tires take a full second to rotate, but by level 10, they take only about a tenth of a second. |

Rotator is one of the vehicles available in the game Hill Climb Racing 2.
Overview
The rotator was released on October 28, 2020 during the 2020 Halloween update, along with a new paints and costume customizations. It currently has the ability to save the driver when falling on the car's head by rotating it's wheels, hence the name.
